The Gallo Center for the Arts is fully committed to making its performances and facilities accessible to all of our patrons. If you have questions or would like to receive additional information about accessibility at the Gallo Center for the Arts, please email our Customer Services Department or call 209-338-2100 for additional information.

Wheelchair and companion seats for the Mary Stuart Rogers Theater are located in rows H (Orch Front), X (Parterre) and in row G (Grand Tier Balcony), and identified in the select-your-own seat maps when purchasing tickets. Wheelchair and companion seats for the Foster Family Theater are located in rows E and R, and also identified in the select-your-own seat maps when purchasing tickets.

Hearing and Visual Assistance

Requests for sign language interpreting, visual assistance and other reasonable accommodations should be made with at least two weeks notice. Gallo Center for the Arts may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests. Please call the Ticket Office to make accommodations requests: 209-338-2100.

Electronic ADA Compliance

The Gallo Center for the Arts is committed to making this website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Our goal is to provide an accessible website that conforms to World Wide Web Consortium’s Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Levels A and AA.

We are in the progress of a site upgrade and continue to make every effort to test the website and to remove barriers that prevent persons with disabilities from interacting with or accessing information made available on our website.

For Screen Readers

To assist our visitors who are visually impaired or blind, our website will be compatible with screen reading software with most parts of the current site compatible as well.

Download the latest free version of Adobe Reader in order to improve the viewing of these files. We are currently working on our processes to ensure all files and PDFs are accessible.

While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website, particularly as it relates to content by third parties.
